Armani/Casa Residences is a new ultra-luxury project coming to the oceanfront at 1550 N. Ocean Boulevard, Pompano Beach, FL 33062, expected to deliver in 2028. The development consists of 28 full-floor residences across two elegant 19-story towers—there is exactly one residence per floor.
Each home will have expansive wraparound terraces, soaring 10-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Kitchens are being designed with custom cabinetry by Armani/Casa, European quartz or stone countertops, and top-tier appliances. Bedrooms will feature walk-in closets by Molteni Dada, and many units will include features like midnight bars and spa-style bathrooms with freestanding soaking tubs and separate showers.
